Refund policy

1. Overview
At SnoreSoft Australia, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our Anti-Snore Pillow is designed to reduce snoring by promoting proper head and airway alignment during sleep.
While TGA registered, it is not marketed as a medical or orthopaedic device for treating neck, shoulder, or back pain. Comfort is subjective and may vary depending on individual preference and sleep posture. As such, returns or refunds are not provided for comfort-related preferences alone. However, this does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including where a product is not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description.
This policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Refunds
You may contact us within 60 days of receiving your order to request a return, exchange, or refund. Requests are assessed in accordance with this policy and Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds are provided only where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Where a return is approved (for example, for inspection), the item must be returned with proof of purchase and a valid Return Authorisation number.
Refunds are not provided for the following circumstances (unless required under Australian Consumer Law):
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Incorrect size selection (we only offer one size)
- Failure to use the product as directed.
- Returned items that show signs of use (including stains, odours, damage or wear), except where a return is required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Delivery delays (except where we've failed to reasonably notify you)
Refunds for eligible requests will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of inspecting the returned item. If your refund is not approved, we will notify you with the reason.
3. How to Submit a Request for Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at support@snoresoft.com with your order number, reason for the request, and any relevant details. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or we made a shipping error. A Return Authorisation number must be included on the return postage label. If this is not provided, a refund will not be issued.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@snoresoft.com as soon as possible with photos clearly showing the issue. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
6. Policy Updates
SnoreSoft Australia reserves the right to modify this Returns and Exchanges Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website with a revised effective date.
